Your Role
The Sea Logistics Produce Import Invoice Specialist is responsible for the thorough review, analysis, and verification of quoted rates before issuing invoices to customers. This role ensures that invoices are completed and produced (sent to the customers) with a 95% accuracy rate, enabling the KN Local Branch (OCC) to achieve a 20% Deferred Trade Expense (DTE). Additionally, the specialist is expected to process at least 1,008 files in a month, maintaining an average handling time (AHT) of 7 minutes per file.
Your Responsibilities
To work closely with various KN Offices (RCC, OCC, Pricing Desk and CCL)
Cebu KNGS Managed teams supporting the KN Offices and Sea Logistics Implementation Manager
To raise a ticket to CCL/Credit Team in case customer's credit has exceeded in order to raise customer's credit
Task must be completed within 24 hours 95% of the time
Escalations should be addressed within 24 hours
Freight Forwarding Business Awareness : Medium to High
Communication Skills : Medium to High
Systems Knowledge : Low to Medium
Your Skills And Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration
Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage
Strong Communication Skills
Must be knowledgeable with MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
Cognitive Skills and Attention to details
Flexible with Shift Schedule
Willing to work onsite and during PH holidays
