Role
The purpose of this role is to lead the Global Services finance transactional tasks for both P2P and O2C and other transactional tasks defined by GPO Finance as transactional tasks at the KN Cebu Global Service Centre Organisation in line with the Global / Regional and Local site level objectives. The GS finance transactional manager is accountable for well-functioning of GS finance transactional task operation, recruit, manage, motivate employees on the site. The ideal candidate requires the ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
Your Responsibilities
- Migration:Responsible for the migration/centralization of task from the countries planned to KNGS Cebu all the GS Finance standardized task defined by KN Global Finance / regional / KNGS Site. Migration to be planned in alignment respective KC.
- Documentation: Ensure all the standard working instructions (T4) are prepared in line with Global Finance and accounting policy,MOP (T1,T2,T3) and process standards, including any country specific process as exceptions.
Quality
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality of all the task handled at GS Finance transactional tasks at Cebu. Compliance of all the QSHE requirement
- Continuous improvement
- To improve the efficiencies, eliminate the process, look for continuous improvement possibilities to increase the efficiencies and reduce the cost where possible
- People Management: Responsible for hiring the right talents, developing the talents, supports training content and execution where required, supports training on the service delivery.
- Tools: Implement the financial tools for GS Finance transactional tasks where necessary in coordination with KC Systems and Implementation team
KPI
- Ensure daily operational performance are monitored and achieve the defined KPI
- Training and development of the team and direct reports
- Drive implementation of global automation and productivity initiatives
- Identify and suggest automation opportunities
- Continues exchange and best practice sharing with peers from the other GS Finance locations
Your Skills And Experience
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate program related to accounting
- At least 5 years experince in leadership roles managing Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash functions
- Good analytical skills
- Strong accouning backgorund
- Advanced/Proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications
- Effective communication skills
