This is a people-centered, impact-driven role where leadership, coaching, and culture meet performance and growth.

The Role

As a GA Success Manager (GSM), you'll be the driving force behind the success and development of Growth Assistants across multiple industries.

You'll act as their coach, mentor, and advocate working closely with Customer Success, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure satisfaction, retention, and excellence in performance.

Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: Starts at 70,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

Bonuses:

  • $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus
  • Performance bonus
  • Anniversary bonus (5,000 at 1 year; 10,000 at 2 years)
  • $300 referral bonus per successful hire

What You'll Do

  • Coach and Support: Meet regularly with each Growth Assistant (typically 80+ in your book) to guide them through challenges, wins, and growth milestones.
  • Onboard and Train: Design and implement training and onboarding plans to ensure readiness and alignment with client expectations.
  • Champion the GA Way: Instill GA's culture, core values, and commitment to excellence throughout the GA journey.
  • Drive Development: Conduct structured check-ins and reviews, provide candid feedback, and create actionable development plans.
  • Measure Success: Report key people operations metrics and insights to the GA Experience Lead.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Customer Success and HR to communicate feedback, surface training needs, and improve retention strategies.
  • Build & Optimize Systems: Help develop and enhance processes that scale training, engagement, and performance management across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a trainer, coach, or people operations professional
  • Proven success in building training plans and development programs
  • Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
  • Experience creating systems and processes from scratch
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting people metrics
  • Passion for leadership, development, and empowering others to succeed

Nice to Have

  • Background in marketing, operations, or organizational development
  • Experience with employee lifecycle management (onboarding retention)
  • Exposure to learning and development program design
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
