Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and market opportunities within targeted fintech segments.
Collaborate with product teams and partners to design, tailor, and position financial solutions aligned with customer needs and regulatory standards.
Define KPIs, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports on growth metrics, solution adoption rates, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Management, or similar fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management and business development work
Deep understanding of payments, digital banking, lending, or related financial services
Proven track record in driving growth, securing partnerships, and managing complex solutions
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Technical aptitude to understand API integrations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
