We're Hiring: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible with US Team Collaboration Hours

Salary: $2,800-$3,500/month (based on experience)

About Upstack Data

Upstack Data is a Miami-based SaaS building marketing automation for Shopify merchants. Our flagship product, Signal, replaces broken browser-based pixels with reliable first-party server-side events to Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms. We're a lean, AI-first team running offshore-first - most of our engineering, GTM, and operations roles are filled with PH talent.

About This Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation through content-led growth. You'll work directly with the founders to build and scale our content engine, lifecycle marketing, lead magnets, and content funnels that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer growth.

This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale Upstack's content engine across blogs, SEO, thought leadership, and product-led content
  • Create compelling content tailored to Shopify merchants, DTC founders, and e-commerce marketers
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, nurture, activation, retention, and win-back programs
  • Create and manage lead magnets such as guides, playbooks, frameworks, calculators, webinars, and educational resources
  • Build content funnels that convert traffic into subscribers, leads, product engagement, and pipeline
  • Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across acquisition and conversion channels; measure results, iterate, and eliminate what doesn't work
  • Develop GTM assets including landing pages, case studies, product launches, sales enablement materials, and campaign messaging
  • Track and improve key growth metrics including pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), activation rates, and funnel conversion
  • Partner directly with founders on messaging, positioning, and category strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics, attribution data, and experimentation

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related marketing function within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven hands-on experience creating content, managing email/lifecycle programs, and executing growth initiatives
  • Experience building lead magnets such as guides, frameworks, playbooks, calculators, webinars, or educational resources
  • Experience creating product-led content that drives activation, adoption, or customer education
  • Experience with SEO-driven content strategy and organic demand generation
  • Strong understanding of content funnels and converting content into qualified pipeline
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, customer journeys, and SaaS growth metrics
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create publish-ready content independently
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with attribution, funnels, CAC, and growth metrics
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership from strategy through execution

Nice To Have

  • Experience marketing to Shopify merchants, DTC brands, or e-commerce operators
  • Familiarity with attribution, analytics, customer data, or martech platforms
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Webflow, or similar marketing platforms
  • Exposure to paid acquisition channels including Meta and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking, customer identity resolution, and conversion APIs
  • Experience working directly with founders or lean startup teams
