Position: Growth Lead
Location: Remote (Philippines)

Work Schedule: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Base Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 PHP per month
Role Overview
We're looking for a Growth Lead who can take ownership of growth and help scale our Infrastructure and Proxy business (Squidproxies.com) through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a smart, motivated marketer with proven experience driving measurable business results. Someone who can quickly understand our products, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies that directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Identify, test, and scale effective marketing channels to increase qualified leads and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
Campaign Management
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns (including Google Ads) across various digital channels.
- Evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize based on data.
- Oversee creative development ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Strengthen brand awareness and positioning on various digital platforms.
Market Research & Analytics
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform future campaigns.
- Research competitors, trends, and emerging marketing opportunities in the tech space.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Contribute to overall marketing direction and long-term strategy as the team grows.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of general marketing experience (Nice to have: Google Ads experience)
- Experience working in a tech startup environment marketing software products
- Demonstrated success in growing a business or sales pipeline from scratch through self-driven marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset. Someone who is comfortable both planning and executing campaigns.
- Highly proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a passion for learning new tools and tactics.
