About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and resourceful Growth Engagement Associate to support our business development efforts across various sectors. This role focuses on researching prospects, identifying opportunities, and executing outreach campaigns to help us build high-quality pipelines. You'll work closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day prospecting and communication tasks.
What You'll Do- Conduct research to identify potential leads, partners, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and lead-gen platforms.
- Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Draft, personalize, and schedule cold emails and messages for targeted campaigns.
- Track responses, manage follow-ups, and route qualified prospects to the team.
- Support the preparation of outreach materials such as short briefs, summaries, or message templates.
- Monitor the performance of outreach campaigns and propose improvements.
- Assist with any related tasks needed to advance business development goals.
Who You Are- Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Strong research skills and resourcefulness in finding information online.
- Excellent written English; clear, concise, and professional communicator.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and online tools (or quick to learn).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to support projects that help drive growth.
Nice to Have- Experience with cold email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Basic understanding of logistics, healthcare, and IoT.
