Group Sales Channel Head - Broker and Corporate Sales (High-End / Luxury Real Estate)

We're expanding! This is an organic growth position an exciting opportunity to help shape and lead our growing sales organization in the luxury real estate market.

We're looking for an experienced Group Sales Channel Head (Broker/Corporate Sales) who can drive performance, strengthen partnerships, and lead multiple sales teams toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor multiple Sales Directors / Sales Heads

2. Preferably with experience managing diverse sales segments (eg. brokers, in-house teams, and corporate channels)

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, sales partners, and brokers

Qualifications:

1. Must be a licensed real estate broker

2. Proven experience in corporate sales and broker management

3. Strong leadership presence with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

4. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
