Core Responsibilities
1. Financial Compliance & Reporting
- Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting across all jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards and corporate requirements.
- Lead and manage external audits, including preparation of deliverables, addressing audit queries, and driving continuous improvement in audit readiness.
- Maintain, update, and implement technical accounting policies and standards in alignment with corporate and statutory guidelines.
2. Transactional Finance
- Process customer invoices, including coordination with internal teams, communication with customers, and submission through customer portals to ensure timely and accurate billing.
3. Month-End Close & Reporting
- Manage the end-to-end month-end close process, including preparation and review of journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and completing balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs for leadership review.
- Ensure all financial data within the general ledger is accurate, complete, and timely.
4. Payroll Management
- Oversee the Australian payroll process, ensuring compliance with employment and payroll regulations.
- Manage the US outsourced payroll provider in partnership with the People & Culture team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
5. Intercompany, Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and process intercompany transfer pricing invoices in accordance with global tax frameworks.
- Assist with corporate tax, GST/Sales Tax, payroll tax, and R&D tax compliance activities.
- Collaborate with global tax advisors and external consultants as needed.
6. Systems & Process Improvement
- Support finance system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and automation projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, control, and scalability across accounting and reporting processes.
7. Other Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly commission calculations and coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
- Provide ad hoc analysis, financial reports, and insights as required by leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy of financial outcomes throughout the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), or equivalent international designation.
- 7-10+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (AASB/IFRS).
- Demonstrated experience managing month-end close, statutory reporting, and audits.
- Experience working in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
- Hands-on exposure to payroll, tax compliance, and intercompany transactions.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems.
- Experience supporting or leading system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

- Hybrid set up- Makati,PH, 2x per week
- 8am to 5pm AEST (5am or 6am PH to 2pm or 3pm PH), Mon to Fri
