As we continue to grow, we are seeking for a Group Brand Manager - Vascular.

Role Purpose

The Group Brand Manager Vascular will lead the strategic and tactical marketing of Alfasigma's vascular and vascular-metabolic portfolio in the Philippines. This role is critical in ensuring the success of brands addressing cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and metabolic conditions by driving market growth, physician engagement, and strong brand positioning in both hospital and retail segments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand plans for the Vascular portfolio (e.g., Vessel Due-F, Sulodexide, Alanerv, Vesvein).
  • Define brand positioning and differentiation to strengthen market leadership in vascular and metabolic care.
  • Analyze market data, IQVIA audits, competitive trends, and identify growth opportunities and threats.
  • Lead annual brand plan development, sales forecasting, and promotional budget allocation.

Promotional & Medical Activities

  • Plan and execute scientific engagement programs (CME, symposia, society partnerships) targeting cardiologists, vascular surgeons, neurologists, endocrinologists, and internists.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure medical-scientific alignment and compliance of promotional campaigns.
  • Develop innovative marketing materials (detail aids, KOL decks, digital campaigns, patient education tools) to support field force effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Support field force training and coaching on product knowledge, competitor differentiation, and value messages.
  • Build strong partnerships with KOLs, professional societies, and institutions to drive advocacy and adoption.

Business & Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage product-level P&Ls, ensuring profitability and optimal use of A&P budgets.
  • Monitor KPIs (sales, market share, Rx growth) and recommend course corrections where needed.
  • Drive access initiatives, pricing strategies, and reimbursement submissions in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to Philippine FDA regulations, local compliance laws, and internal company SOPs.
  • Champion ethical promotion practices and uphold corporate integrity standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or Business (MBA would be considered a plus).
  • Between 5 and 7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, any exposure to cardiovascular, metabolic, diabetology or vascular therapeutic areas would be considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare market, including hospitals, specialists, and government/private payors.
  • Experience in brand management, strategic planning, and distributor/agency coordination.
  • Demonstrated success in building brands and delivering sales/market share growth.

  • Successful delivery of annual brand plans and launch excellence for new indications/line extensions.
  • Compliance with local and global ethical promotion standards.
  • High quality and timely reporting, analysis, and market recommendations.
