Group Brand Manager
The Group Brand Manager serves as the strategic architect for their assigned portfolios, orchestrating comprehensive marketing, promotional, and launch plans backed by rigorous market analysis. This pivotal role ensures that every marketing initiative is perfectly aligned with the overarching business goals, integrating Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) metrics into the core of the brand strategy to drive consistent sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned brands sales, profitability, yearly sales budget and ensure allocated expenses are maintained within the defined budget, achieve target market share.
- Assess competitive strategies as well as market insights and make recommendations to maximize headspace opportunity in his/her assigned therapeutic area.
- Responsible for the review and approval of the different marketing plans & ensure that such are implemented & its effectiveness is monitored.
- Develop & implement promotional campaigns, materials & activities aligned with the objectives & key strategies. Ensures contingency measures to anticipate changes in the market dynamics.
- Control portfolio budget with rigorous tracking & prioritization to deliver on business plan commitments.
- Develop and maintain pool of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Train and assess the Product knowledge training needs of Medical Representatives to enable them to be effective and efficient.
- Develop and manage the 4Ps to include campaign planning, development and execution, media management - traditional and digital; Ecommerce - develop plans and programs to support growth in ecommerce and trade management.
- Ensure alignment with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Drive team excellence and capability building through continuous mentorship, implementing feedback strategies to accelerate professional growth and fostering a culture of accountability and skill mastery.
Position Qualifications:
- Preferably Science or Business Degree. MBA Degree is an advantage.
- Strong marketing background with at least five years of product management experience with sales forecasting and business planning
- Ideally with HCP experience
- With strong business acumen, strategic thinking, customer insighting, launch excellence
- Knowledge of planning, execution and management of media and digital activities.
- Adept in business presentations and strong communication skills
