Sporticulture creates bold, culture-driven sports art and products inspired by leagues like MLB, NHL, NCAA, NBA, and NFL. We design everything from digital campaigns to physical sports merchandise—bridging creativity and production.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Designer who understands sports culture and can bring concepts to life—from idea to production-ready artwork. This role requires strong digital marketing design skills and the ability to prepare clean, accurate files for manufacturing.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Proven experience creating:
- Digital ads
- Web banners
- E-commerce product images (Amazon listings experience a plus!)
- Marketing flyers
- Ability to design within brand guidelines while elevating visual storytelling
- Experience creating and working with tech packs for production
- Strong understanding of:
- Print-ready files
- Color separation
- Production specifications
- File organization and layer management
- Detail-oriented and comfortable preparing final artwork for factories
Nice to Haves
- Strong interest or experience in: MLB, NHL, NCAA, NBA, NFL
- Experience designing sports-related merchandise
- Understanding of sports fan culture and licensed product aesthetics
- Ability to develop sports product concepts from scratch
- Experience working with overseas production teams
