Position Overview

The Graphic Specialist is responsible for creating high‑quality visual assets that support internal and external communication, branding initiatives, client presentations, and marketing campaigns in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role requires strong design expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions while maintaining consistency with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding

  • Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including presentations, posters, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, infographics, and corporate templates.
  • Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
  • Support the development and enhancement of branding materials for internal departments and external stakeholders.

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, HR, Operations, and other teams to design creative assets for corporate events, engagement initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and client-facing projects.
  • Produce visual materials for leadership communications, reports, and business proposals.
  • Assist in designing assets for employer branding and digital marketing efforts.

Content Development

  • Adapt content into visually appealing layouts that enhance clarity, engagement, and messaging effectiveness.
  • Prepare graphics optimized for different channels (e.g., web, social media, print, email).
  • Provide creative input on content strategies and campaign themes.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple design requests and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
  • Maintain an organized library of design templates, assets, and branding files.
  • Review and quality-check all visuals prior to publication or release.

Technical Expertise

  • Edit and retouch images, prepare files for printing, and ensure technical accuracy for various formats.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the BPO industry and corporate communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in BPO, corporate, or agency settings.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, PowerPoint).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, branding, and digital content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong aesthetic and creative judgment.
