Job Description
We're looking for a Marketing Production Designer to join our Graphics team in Cebu. This is a midlevel, handson role suited to an experienced designer who enjoys producing accurate, brandconsistent marketing materials and maintaining high standards across presentations and assets.
You'll support franchisees and internal teams by placing, updating, and maintaining marketing artwork, presentations, and brand files at scale.
Key responsibilities:
Produce and update marketing materials for franchisees (print & digital)
Update and maintain company presentations (PowerPoint, PDFs, templates)
Place approved artwork into existing layouts with speed and accuracy
Manage version control, file organisation, and brand asset libraries
Ensure all materials strictly follow brand guidelines
Support artwork updates and productionrelated admin tasks for the business
Required experience & skills:
Minimum 5 years commercial design experience in a marketing or production environment
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Confident working with PowerPoint, PDFs, and branded templates
Proven experience maintaining and updating existing brand assets
High attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy
Able to manage multiple artwork requests and deadlines with minimal supervision.
