Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, slide decks (PowerPoint/Keynote), and web banners.
- Strictly follow and apply diverse brand identity guidelines for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Work closely with Content Writers and Project Managers to meet tight deadlines.
- Create professional reports, whitepapers, and marketing collateral that are clean and easy to read.
- Ensure all output is error-free and optimized for the intended platform (web vs. print).
Job Requirements
- 13 years of experience in graphic design (BPO or Shared Services experience is a plus).
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Canva and Figma is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and professional-grade work.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills to discuss design concepts with international clients.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and pivot quickly between different design aesthetics.
- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
