About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / UX Designer to join our creative and digital team. This role is ideal for a designer who can combine a sharp eye for detail with a proactive, autonomous approach.
You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling, clean, and professional designs that align with our corporate identity. From brand assets and marketing collateral to digital and social content, you'll play a key role in elevating the visual impact of our communications and digital presence.
You'll also collaborate closely with our WordPress Developer to ensure that all creative assets translate seamlessly into digital formats and deliver a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a wide range of general design tasks, including print and digital media, marketing collateral, and internal documents.
- Develop and maintain brand style guides to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create engaging design elements for social media, including visual tiles, campaign assets, and layout mapping for planned posts.
- Collaborate closely with the WordPress Developer to design and refine website elements, ensuring visuals are aligned with UX best practices and brand guidelines.
- Produce clean, crisp, and professional corporate designs that strengthen brand identity and user trust.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Work autonomously to manage workloads, anticipate needs, and proactively propose creative solutions.
- Stay current with design trends, UX principles, and digital best practices to continually improve outputs.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in Graphic Design or UX Design, ideally within a corporate or digital-first environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory for both print and digital applications.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining brand style guides and visual frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and marketing teams while working independently when required.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to take initiative and contribute creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, modern, and consistent design.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive layouts and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of social media strategy, content mapping, and visual campaign planning.
- Previous experience in a remote or cross-functional team environment.
