Job Overview
The Junior Designer for OOH and Activations supports the Creative Director and design team by executing creative assets for out-of-home (OOH) and on-ground activation projects. The role involves developing production-ready layouts, preparing accurate artwork, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting design quality across campaign deliverables. The position is ideal for a creative professional with foundational design skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in creating design materials for OOH and brand activations that stay within budget limits.
- Support cost-saving measures by suggesting practical design solutions during production.
- Follow established brand guidelines to ensure consistent visuals across OOH and activation designs.
- Incorporate feedback from senior designers and on-ground teams to improve designs.
- Support multiple design projects by preparing files and artwork under supervision.
- Prepare print-ready files according to specifications and double-check for accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital folders and asset libraries for easy team access.
- Keep up-to-date with basic software tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and learn new design trends.
- Assist in reviewing proofs and samples to catch errors before production.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve design skills through training, workshops, and mentorship from senior creatives.

Educational Background And Competencies Needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts (with strong creative portfolio) or related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience: OOH advertising design, Brand activation campaigns, Experiential marketing visuals and Print and digital media design for large formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup etc); ability to prepare clean, production-ready files.
- Understanding of OOH format specifications (e.g., resolution, bleed, scaling, color modes).
- Accurate documentation of design specs, file naming conventions, and version control.
