Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality digital and print assets that support our marketing campaigns, global events, membership initiatives, sponsorship materials, and brand communications. Working closely with the VP, Marketing &

Communications and the broader team, this role will bring the client's brand to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Design

Develop visually compelling assets for digital, print, and social

channels (event collateral, email graphics, social media posts,

reports, presentations, programs, signage).

Ensure all creative aligns with the client's brand

guidelines and maintains consistency across regions.

Refresh and evolve brand visuals as needed to support campaigns, chapters, and new program launches.

Event Creative & Collateral

Design assets for global Symposia, including agendas, stage

screens, event signage, digital ads, presentation templates, web

graphics, and sponsorship materials.

Support creative needs for networking events, leadership

programs, and partner events across multiple time zones and

regions.

Marketing & Campaign Support

Design marketing materials for membership campaigns,

sponsorship decks, email marketing, landing pages, and social

media.

Collaborate on creative concepts for campaigns, videos, and brand storytelling.

Digital & Web

Create graphics optimized for websites, HubSpot landing pages, and the member portal.

Support UX/UI visual updates in collaboration with the

database/web specialist.

Content Production

Develop templates (PowerPoint, social, event graphics) to support cross-team efficiency.

Support video editing or motion graphics (nice to have, not

required).

Collaboration & Process

Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Database & Web Specialist, and global event teams.

Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

Communicate progress clearly and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

25 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing, events, or a fast-paced corporate/agency environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, brand, and print design skills including printer files.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools.

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CMS/CRM systems (an asset

but not required).

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand identity

systems.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Experience designing for large-scale events or global brands is an asset.

Motion graphics or video editing experience (a plus).
