Job Title: Graphic Designer - Pursuit

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Experience: at least 1-year relevant experience

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

We at Coforge are hiring for Graphic Designer - Pursuitwith the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design

• Develop digital and print creatives (social media posts, event collaterals, infographics, newsletters).
• Adapt global/master creatives into multiple formats and sizes.
• Maintain alignment with Coforge brand guidelines.

2. Presentation Design (PPT)

• Support stakeholders with basic, advanced, and wow-level PowerPoint decks.
• Create visually engaging charts, icons, and layouts to simplify complex content.
• Standardize templates and ensure design consistency across presentations.

3. Video Production & Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos (corporate AVs, event highlights, product demos, social reels).
• Add motion graphics, transitions, background music, and subtitles as required.
• Repurpose video content for different platforms.

4. Content Design & Publishing

• Design layouts for newsletters, reports, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with content writers to transform text into engaging visual formats.
• Support publishing tasks on CMS / intranet portals when required.

5. Creative Operations

• Manage multiple production requests with quick turnaround.
• Ensure accurate version control and proper archiving of design files.
• Work closely with senior designers, creative leads, and marketing stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in creative production / design execution. 3.5 4.5 lpa
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint design and MS Office.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics / video editing.
• Eye for detail, layouts, typography, and brand consistency.
