Position Overview
The Production Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality designs that ensure brand consistency across digital and print media. This role focuses on production-level design worktransforming creative concepts into final, ready-for-delivery assets while adhering to technical specifications and brand standards.
The ideal candidate combines strong design skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of production processes to deliver visually compelling and accurate materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, typography, and file formatting.
- Produce a variety of assets including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and display materials.
- Collaborate with the Design Manager and creative team to execute final design files.
- Resize and adapt design assets for multiple formats (print, web, mobile, social, etc.) while maintaining visual integrity and brand consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Optimize digital assets for web, social media, and mobile platforms.
- Implement revisions and feedback efficiently while maintaining organized file structures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in a production or graphic design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Strong understanding of print production, color management, and prepress file preparation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly or similar) and efficient use of design templates.
- Working knowledge of digital formats, image optimization, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar layout tools.
- Understanding of accessibility and digital compliance standards.
- Experience working within a corporate brand system or large marketing department.
