Design compelling point-of-sale materials (POSM) for partner retail stores (e.g., SM, Robinsons, independent dealers) including posters, X-standees, shelf talkers, price tags, leaflets, brochures, and counter displays
Create seasonal and campaign-specific visuals for major shopping events (Christmas, Back-to-School, 6.6, 7.7, 11.11, etc.) to drive foot traffic and in-store conversions
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs are print-ready and optimized for various materials and sizes
Digital & Social Media Content
Produce engaging visuals for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including posts, stories, cover images, and short video thumbnails
Design high-converting digital ad creatives (display ads, feed ads) for performance marketing campaigns
Create web banners, landing page assets, and email marketing (EDM) visuals that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines
Brand Identity & Consistency:
Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all channels
Develop and maintain a library of design templates, product images (retouching), and reusable assets to streamline production
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate complex financial concepts (interest rates, installment terms, down payments) into simple, attractive visuals
Adapt designs based on feedback and market insights to continuously improve creative performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
Hard Skills:
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Canva is a plus. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro) or motion graphics (After Effects) are highly desirable
Layout & Typography: Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to switch between vibrant, promotional retail designs and clean, modern fintech aesthetics
Print Production: Solid understanding of POSM specifications, materials, and print processes. Ability to prepare print-ready files and liaise with suppliers if needed
Soft Skills & Experience:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or fintech industries
Local Market Insight: Critical Deep understanding of Filipino visual preferences, cultural nuances, and seasonal trends. Ability to create designs that resonate with the local audience
Language: Proficient in English (reading, writing, and conversational) to comprehend design briefs and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Tagalog is a plus but not mandatory
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
Communication: Open to feedback, proactive in asking questions, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
