Your Role
As a
Graphic Designer, you will:
- Create visual concepts and high-quality artwork for print and digital applications, including product branding, packaging, and editorial layouts.
- Execute the annual marketing calendar by developing campaign materials for national rollouts, regional product launches, and special events.
- Design and produce digital assets for websites and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with owned, earned, and paid media strategies.
- Present creative ideas through mood boards and design rationales that align with specific brand guidelines for United, Quickstop, and Pie Face.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print, ensuring optimal resolution, formatting, and adherence to strict release timelines.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy development to constantly improve the look, tone, and feel of all brand assets.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically within the retail, FMCG, or fuel industry.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for both digital and print production.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight monthly deadlines.
- Advanced understanding of brand hierarchy and the ability to maintain consistency across a diverse multi-brand portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills to present design rationales and collaborate effectively with marketing and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Prior experience in POS (Point of Sale) design and large-scale retail environment signage.
- Knowledge of packaging design standards and print production processes for food and beverage products.
- Ability to translate data-driven insights and consumer trends into effective creative strategies.
- Experience in Local Area Marketing (LAM) and tailoring national campaigns for regional execution.
- A proactive approach to creative problem-solving and a passion for enhancing brand aesthetics and voice.
