The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and professional designs, layouts, and materials for ENTECH Global Solutions brands, ensuring all outputs align with the organization's brand guidelines. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with various teams to understand job requirements, provide design studies and proposals, and execute materials that effectively communicate ENTECH's goals and messages.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence
- Develops creative designs and layouts for marketing materials, presentations, digital and print content, and other collaterals that adhere to the brand guidelines.
- Manages multiple design projects simultaneously and ensures projects are submitted on time, adhering to deadlines.
- Communicates regularly with requestors to understand job requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
- Maintains consistency in all design work, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and messaging.
- Updates templates and design assets as needed to reflect any changes to brand guidelines.
- Provides design studies and creative proposals for each job request, offering multiple options when necessary.
- Researches and stays updated on design trends to enhance ENTECH's visual communication.
- Works closely with internal teams, including peers in Marketing, and other departments, to understand objectives and ensure alignment with overall goals.
- Coordinates with vendors and print suppliers when necessary to ensure the quality and timely production of materials.
- Conducts thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality execution.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong task management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience in creating both digital and print materials is preferred.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
