Dream Opportunity is a global nonprofit working to expand access to high-income career pathways for students from under-resourced backgrounds.

Through partnerships with companies like JPMorgan Chase, Blackstone, AT&T, EY, Warner Bros. Discovery, Salesforce, Informa, Paramount, and more, we help students explore careers, build professional skills, and access internships and entry-level opportunities.

Our programs operate across the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, the Philippines, Mexico, Singapore, and the UAE.

The Role

We are looking for a Brand & Graphic Designer to support Dream Opportunity's visual identity, marketing materials, and website presence.

This role is focused on design execution and brand consistency. You will help create graphics, presentations, and digital materials, while also supporting updates and builds on our websites using no-code platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

This is a 100% Remote Global Contract Position. We are specifically seeking candidates based in Vietnam, the Philippines, India, Colombia, Mexico, or Indonesia to join our international team

What You'll Work On

Graphic Design & Brand Materials

• Create graphics for social media, presentations, and program materials

• Design branded templates, toolkits, and marketing assets

• Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and communications

• Support creation of materials for corporate partners and student programs

Website Design & Digital Support

• Build and update website pages using platforms like Squarespace or Webflow

• Design landing pages and digital layouts

• Prepare and optimize graphics for web use

Creative Operations

• Organize design files and templates
• Implement revisions based on feedback
• Support multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

What We're Looking For

• Strong Canva skills

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience working with no-code website builders (Squarespace, Webflow, or similar)

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Organized and reliable with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with a team

Nice to Have

• Experience working with nonprofits or education programs

• Experience creating presentation decks and marketing materials

• Familiarity with social media design formats

• Experience designing basic UI or digital product graphics
