Job Description
- Performs design task within the desktop publishing process from initial product design until final RTP proof for specific jobs assigned including designs, lay-out and corrections.
- Ensure OTIF delivery of all output that conforms to established quality standards, Rex house style and approved specifications.
- Performs additional related task as necessary such as a) Second color on inside text, border and graphics design, b) Conversion of images and illustrations from color mode to grayscale, etc.
- Responsible for performing task within the agreed workflow in the design process.
- Responsible for maintenance of all the files after every stage of correction until final approved output for jobs assigned.
- Responsible for submitting daily and weekly accomplishment reports as required by the section.
- Responsible for accomplishing daily Project Management project.
- Responsible for doing quality checking of the Project before endorsing to the next process.
- Responsible for packaging the file.
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Strong skills in Adobe InDesign
- Relevant experience is preferred but not required
