Description
BLCP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop complete branding kits and multimedia assets for our skincare company. The role includes creating logos, packaging concepts, marketing materials, and visual identity systems while ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards. The designer will also assist the Social Media Content Creator with visual assets when needed. Fresh graduates and experienced designers are welcome to apply portfolio required.
- Create full branding kits (logo, color palette, typography, packaging mockups, brand guidelines).
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand goals and refine designs based on feedback.
- Produce digital and print-ready materials: social media graphics, product labels, brochures, posters, and other marketing assets.
- Support internal teams for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Assist the Social Media Content Creator with graphics, thumbnails, and simple visuals when available.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Stay updated on branding, packaging, and skincare/beauty design trends.
Requirements
- Education (any related course such as): Bachelors in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising Arts, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates, junior designers, and experienced applicants welcome.
- Portfolio Required: Preferably showcasing branding kits, packaging or product design, logo design, social media graphics beauty/skincare/lifestyle design work (plus but not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom; basic Premiere Pro is a plus. Knowledgeable in Canva and CapCut for quick edits. Preferably with basic skills in Blender or Womp3D. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding basics.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and client presentation skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Organized, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools and trends.
