Job Description
We're looking for a Manila-based, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Atome PH. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand, translating complex financial products into engaging, accessible, and high-converting visual assets. Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications, Design, Interactive Media Design, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an ad agency, e-commerce, or fintech environment.
- Skills & Expertise:
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, layout, clean typography, and a deep understanding of print and digital-first design.
- Proficiency in essential design software:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Medium proficiency in AIGC tools including Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude or other Generative AI applications.
- Attributes:
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
- Enjoys the pace and excitement of a fast-moving work environment.
- Outstanding multi-tasking abilities for managing and prioritizing a variety of overlapping tasks and timelines.
What You'll Do
- Create impactful visuals that drive engagement and conversions within the digital banking landscape.
- Produce a diverse range of content—from video and photography to illustrations—across touchpoints like:
- Short and long-form social media content
- In-app gamification assets
- Email designs (EDMs)
- Point-of-sale materials (POSM)
- Event designs and merchandise
- Elevate creative standards by challenging the status quo and pushing for excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on campaign strategies and marketing objectives.
- Use performance data to understand audience responses and inform future creative strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital transformation trends and leverage artificial intelligence tools while maintaining a human-centered creative approach.
