Job Responsibilities:

1. At least 5–8 years of experience in game motion design (UI, character, pop-up animations, etc.); experience in game projects or team management is a plus.

2. Strong sense of rhythm and attention to detail; solid understanding of motion principles; strong aesthetic abilities in motion language consistency, color, and composition.

3. Understanding of motion implementation and performance impact, with the ability to balance quality and performance.

4. Proficient in Spine, After Effects, DragonBones, Blender, and other related tools; familiar with Photoshop and Figma slicing; knowledgeable about AI-based video production methods; able to flexibly use these tools for animation design.

5. Strong learning ability, teamwork, and communication skills; responsible, passionate about games, creative, experienced in design, and with a strong user experience mindset.
