The Role

We're on the hunt for a meticulous Graphic Design Quality Control Specialist with a designer's eye and a critic's precision. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you'll review and evaluate all creative work before it reaches our clients. You'll be the guardian of quality, ensuring every design meets our standards for excellence, including:

• Branding and visual identity systems
• Social media content and digital graphics
• Pitch decks and presentation designs
• Infographics and data visualizations
• Marketing collateral and campaign assets

You'll critique design work for visual consistency, brand alignment, typography, composition, and overall execution. You'll provide actionable feedback to designers, flag issues, recommend improvements, and ensure only our best work gets delivered.

What We're Looking For

• 16 years of experience in design, art direction, or design quality review (agency experience a plus)
• A strong design background with a critical eye for composition, color, typography, and brand consistency
• Deep understanding of design principles and ability to articulate what makes design effective
• Proficiency in reviewing work in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools
• Excellent communication and feedback skills you can provide clear, constructive critiques that help designers improve
• Thrive in a fast pace environment reviewing dozens of designs each day
• Ability to review multiple projects daily while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
• A collaborative mindset with passion for elevating creative work and mentoring others
