Job Description:
Pre-production & Planning:
- Collaborate with team and other cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and business goals.
- Develop and define design and concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audience needs.
Design & Execution:
- Create a wide range of visual assets, including social media ads, banners, infographics, email graphics, and other digital.
- Ensure all design work is optimized for various platforms and performance marketing needs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze the performance of design assets using data from platforms like Google Analytics or internal dashboards.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for future design improvements and optimizations.
- Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness and impact of design work to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Design Skills: Proven proficiency with design and video editor software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier pro, Cap Cut.
- Basic understanding of how to read and interpret data to evaluate design performance (e.g., CTR, Engagement Rate, Conversion Rate).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A solid understanding of online marketing and digital platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports.
