Role Description
The Graphic Artist will support Meralco's Customer Experience Marketing Team in implementing communication programs, campaigns, and initiatives across residential, business, and government customer segments.
- Creative Development using existing templates and ensuring alignment with Meralco's brand guidelines.
- Create digital and print materials including social media posts, art cards, bill ads infographics, brochures, posters, banners, and event visuals.
- Design communication and promotional materials for customer engagement activities and events such as banners, backdrops, invitation and post-event communication materials Re-size, re-layout and animate communication materials
- Edit photos and videos (recolor, crop, trim, erase elements, etc.)
- Ensure design consistency across all channels and programs, while bringing fresh creative ideas, and ensuring timely delivery
Qualifications
- Experience creating marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, digital ads, electronic direct mailers, website banners, event materials).
- Familiarity with brand guideline application to ensure consistency.
- Knowledge of adapting designs across formats (stories, carousels, thumbnails, etc.).
- Experience developing event collaterals such as invitations, backdrops and booth designs.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva or equivalent quick-turn platforms.
- Motion graphics/video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Willing to work onsite in Meralco Ortigas, Pasig.
