Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Product Packaging Artwork and Layout Design

Ensure timely completion and delivery of all packaging design projects
Monitor product changes (e.g., ingredients, nutritional facts, CPR, etc.) and update packaging graphic files accordingly
Ensure bromides are thoroughly checked and approved prior to plate or cylinder production
Review and approve Label Specification Documents (LSDs) from suppliers before initiating mass printing

Product Barcode Management

Generate item and case barcodes for all SFI products
Ensure accuracy and uniqueness of barcodes; avoid duplication
Register barcodes with GS1 Philippines and secure necessary approvals
Disseminate approved barcode memos to relevant departments

Supplier Accreditation

Assist Procurement Team in identifying and scouting potential packaging and label suppliers
Conduct site visits and assess suppliers for compliance with SFI quality and capacity standards
Coordinate with suppliers regarding label and packaging issues (e.g., cartons, mixes packaging, nylon/PE plastics)

Creative Works

Schedule product photoshoots for new or updated product images
Prepare product ingredient list and layout guides for shoots
Source and purchase ingredients, request finished goods, and organize shoot materials
Prepare and cook products for the shoot as needed
Handle layout and food styling for final product shots
