Reporting to the President/CFO and working under the team's direction, you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Graphic Artist. Experience working within the consulting industry would be advantageous.
As a Graphic Artist, you will create visually compelling designs that align with your client's requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong drawing skills, a background in digital painting and illustration, and a creative eye for detail. Creativity is essential, and we welcome fresh graduates eager to kick-start their careers!
Main Responsibilities:
- Create original digital artwork, illustrations, and graphics for various projects.
- Conduct research to understand the client's requirements, current design trends, target audiences, and industry standards to inform your creative process.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Utilize drawing skills and a creative eye to enhance visual impact through composition, color, and theory.
- Stay current with industry trends and software to improve skills and creative output continuously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a portfolio of personal artwork and creations is required.
- Strong drawing skills and proven experience in digital painting and illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
- Knowledge of abstract design principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a long-term, full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 9 PM to 6 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
