Responsibilities
Salesforce Mgt
- Provide 1st level user support to local users Monitor & drive Salesforce data quality, Complete simple admin tasks
- Monitor New biz & Renewal Opportunity Data Quality Weekly & maintenance
- Monitor & Be aware of SFDC updates
- Support Health Check in salesforce
- Provide guidance to business of internal approval process
- Managing CXM nominations in salesforce
- Support to create new contact in salesforce for CXM & Marketing use
Contract Data Base Country admin
- Lead & Support whole of Contract Approval process
- Support update CDB in case Account owner requested
- Communicate Commercial Project controller (BCA) controller
- Update CDB in case KAM changes
- Create new CDB entry for new business
- Support to communicate with CCM in case of CDB entry split marge or split
Requirements
- Graduate of Business Management Course or AB Communications
- Good communication Skills
- Skill on systems management (will be needed with Contract Life Cycle and Salesforce)
- Effective coordination skills
