What You'll Experience

• Structured rotations across core functions such as Sales and Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, and Admin / Human Resources
• Hands-on involvement in real projects and day-to-day operations
• Exposure to business processes, performance metrics, and decision-making
• Coaching and mentoring from managers and senior leaders
• Performance evaluations and development feedback throughout the program

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Management, or related fields
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Willing to work onsite most days and take on cross-functional assignments
