Required Skills and Competencies

Our requirements for the Talent HUB Philippines Program are:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM fields;
• Advanced level of English (mandatory);
• Local and International vocation - Talent HUB participants will have the opportunity to develop their professional careers locally and internationally in various countries;

Candidate Differentials:

• Up to 2 years of experience in junior positions related to Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates from 2024 up to present are welcome to apply
• With high academic distinction, latin honors, and passers of licensure examination are encourage to apply and an advantage.
