Job Description

  • Monitoring of concerns in branches
  • Manpower allocation
  • Coordination with other departments and branches with regards to repair, renovation, and construction.
  • Site visit
  • Updating executives with regards to the status of branches.
  • Daily reports from maintenance and contractors

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Batchelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an engineering role.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and architectural
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, project management tools, and engineering software.
  • Strong understanding of Actual Planning, Materials procurement, and site visits.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
