Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and test GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of GPS units and related automotive electrical systems
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of installed devices
  • Provide technical support to clients regarding GPS functionality and concerns
  • Ensure proper wiring, connection, and system integration during installation
  • Prepare and submit installation and service reports accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with the team for scheduling of installations and service requests
  • Adhere to safety standards and company procedures during fieldwork
  • Assist in inventory handling of tools and GPS devices when needed
