Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Government Bid Specialist based in Pasig City. The Government Bid Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing bidding opportunities with government agencies and public sector entities. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and submitting bid documents, ensuring compliance with requirements, and analyzing bidding processes to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Government Relations and familiarity with Public Sector operations
- Knowledgeable on RA 12009 - New Government Procurement Act
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with government representatives and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate bidding opportunities and develop strategic approaches
- Knowledge and experience in working with Government Sectors and understanding related regulations and protocols
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Relevant experience in bidding, government projects, or procurement processes is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field
