The Government Affairs and Advocacy Officer plays a critical role in supporting San Miguel Corporation's government and public affairs efforts. This position drafts policy proposals aligned with the company's advocacy and builds relationships with key stakeholders in government and industry. The role requires strong legislative knowledge, writing skills, and a solid grasp of public affairs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in government affairs and legislative work.
- Solid understanding of the legislative process and strong legislative writing and policy drafting skills.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to monitor and interpret legislative developments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Upholds a high level of honesty and integrity in handling sensitive information and representing the organization.
Job Overview:
