GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist to manage communication, automations, and funnels for a growing faith-based organization and its affiliated ventures. This role centers on building and optimizing workflows, routing inquiries through the right funnels, and managing audience and member communication across email, SMS, and social media. The ideal candidate is a hands-on GoHighLevel expert who can both execute and improve systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize automations, workflows, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
• Design and refine communication and sales funnels that route inquiries to the right pathways
• Manage audience and member communication across email, SMS, and social media platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Consolidate and migrate communications and CRM data into GoHighLevel from other platforms
• Coordinate with internal staff and assistants to align on communication workflows
• Support online channels and content, including YouTube
• Set up and maintain chatbots and automated responses
• Track communication and funnel performance and recommend improvements

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in GoHighLevel — workflows, funnels, automations, and CRM management
• Hands-on experience building and managing marketing and communication funnels
• Strong experience with email and SMS marketing automation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (this role includes phone-facing work)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a small team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting faith-based, nonprofit, or membership organizations
• Familiarity with CRM migration (e.g., moving from another platform into GoHighLevel)
• Experience supporting YouTube and social media content
• Background in real estate or online marketing
• Ability to manage multiple brands or projects simultaneously
• Chatbot and AI automation setup experience
