CND Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Executive Assistant to support our UK-based clients. This role combines
technical expertise (Twilio and GoHighLevel) with
executive and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who is both tech-savvy and highly organized.
You will play a key role in managing communication systems, assisting with client needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistant support to UK-based clients
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
- Communicate directly with clients via email, chat, and calls
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Twilio integrations (SMS, voice workflows, automation)
- Build and maintain workflows, funnels, and automations in GoHighLevel
- Assist in CRM management and client data organization
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution of client requests and technical concerns
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Twilio (SMS APIs, call flows, automation)
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) platform
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) comfortable working with UK clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and automation tools
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UK or international clients
- Background in BPO, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies
- Familiarity with Zapier or other automation tools
