GoHighLevel (GHL) Core Responsibilities
- Create, test, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, client onboarding, and internal processes
- Build and configure Quiz Builder assessments, including scoring logic and conditional flows
- Create and manage Forms with custom fields, triggers, and third-party integrations
- Manage the Membership section: products, courses, lessons, access levels, and content updates
- Handle the Payments tab: product setup, invoices, subscriptions, and payment troubleshooting
- Manage the Opportunities tab: pipelines, stages, custom fields, automation triggers, and opportunity movement
- Ensure seamless integration between forms, workflows, calendars, pipelines, and opportunities
- Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure all automations function accurately and reliably
- Continuously identify areas for automation improvement and system optimization
Technical / Optional Web Development Responsibilities
- Build or edit web pages, funnels, or internal tools using:
- React
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- WordPress
- Assist in creating custom components or integrations that enhance GHL processes
- Perform WordPress site edits, page creation, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot UI issues and support frontend performance enhancements

Preferred Experience
12 years of relevant experience in GHL systems management or marketing automation
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or WordPress
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or webhooks
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
