We're hiring a
full-time GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support our clients by building, managing, and optimizing their GoHighLevel systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in setting up automations, funnels, CRM workflows, and client communication systems inside GHL.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, and CRM systems
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, and campaigns
- Create landing pages, funnels, forms, calendars, and email/SMS sequences
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues inside GHL
- Support lead management, nurture campaigns, and client follow-up processes
- Ensure data is organized, accurate, and up to date within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement process improvements
- Document workflows and provide recommendations for optimization
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of CRM management, sales pipelines, and automation workflows
- Experience building funnels, forms, landing pages, and campaign sequences in GHL
- Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and appointment booking systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Experience working remotely with international clients is a plus
Work Environment
Location: Remote (Philippines only).
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs per week
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
