Role Overview
We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented, and proactive GoHighLevel / Operations Specialist to support the backend infrastructure and operational systems of GrowthRx.
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who deeply understands GoHighLevel, CRM systems, workflow automations, integrations, AI tools, and backend operational processes.
The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, extremely organized, technically sharp, and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
You should be comfortable solving operational problems, troubleshooting technical issues, building systems, optimizing workflows, and managing backend infrastructure across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) subaccounts
- Configure and optimize CRM pipelines, automations, workflows, triggers, calendars, and integrations
- Set up and troubleshoot A2P 10DLC registrations and local phone number approvals
- Manage Twilio integrations and phone system configurations
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and scheduling systems
- Assist with AI integrations, automations, and operational workflows
- Troubleshoot backend issues quickly and efficiently
- Respond to internal support tickets and operational requests in a timely manner
- Create and maintain SOPs and operational documentation
- Connect and manage third-party tools and integrations
- Coordinate with media buyers, client success managers, AI teams, and leadership
- Maintain organized systems and backend account structure
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve operational workflows
- Support onboarding and backend setup for new client accounts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow automations
- Experience setting up A2P 10DLC registrations and local phone numbers
- Experience working with Twilio and phone integrations
- Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, workflows, and lead routing
- Experience building funnels and landing pages inside GHL or similar platforms
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent organizational and operational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and execution speed

- Experience working with AI tools and AI workflow integrations
- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or AI-assisted operational workflows
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience working with medical practices, wellness clinics, or healthcare businesses
- Experience supporting marketing or lead generation teams
- Understanding of paid advertising workflows and lead management systems
- Experience building scalable operational systems for agencies or startups
