GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

We are looking for someone to help our client fulfill projects for their clients they have on board and help them stay organized. The client's company operates in automations and marketing, so the right candidate should be knowledgeable in both areas. They will act as the point of contact for all project participants and track project performance

Responsibilities

• Keeping the client on track and organized with projects
• Implement and build funnels, automations, and high level tech stack
• Help scale service-based industry
• Update and manage GoHighLevel CRM
• Take assignments and complete them in a timely manner
• Make edits and last-minute changes to funnels and automations
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and coordinate quality controls
• Create and update workflows, analyze risks, and prepare documentation
• Schedule meetings, record decisions, and break projects into manageable tasks

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Experienced with GoHighLevel CRM
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and project management
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Has experience using project management tools and cascading deliverables.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Has a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment, dependable & trustworthy.
• Impeccable people skills and great communicator, both written and verbal
• Self-starter, has a Get the Job Done Attitude
