Email Automation Specialist VA to support a client using
WellnessLiving (a Mindbody alternative) for scheduling, client management, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize automated email campaigns in WellnessLiving.
- Configure triggers and rules based on client activity (e.g., bookings, cancellations, inactivity).
- Create and edit email templates.
- Segment client lists for precise targeting.
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and recommend improvements.
- Leverage integrations (Zapier, Mailchimp, Reserve with Google) as needed.
- Collaborate with clients management team on promotions and events.
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with WellnessLiving, Mindbody, Go High Level, or other CRMs/automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of email workflows, triggers, and drip campaigns.
- Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing.
- Basic copywriting/design skills (Canva or HTML email editors).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret reports.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with fitness/wellness/health industry CRMs.
- SMS automation knowledge.
- Familiarity with Zapier or API integrations.
- A/B testing & conversion optimization.
