Certified GoHighLevel Admin - Recruiting VA (Dedicated Support & System Build)
Qualifications: strong expertise in GoHighLevel (ideally 35 years of experience).
- Expert-level GoHighLevel (GHL): pipelines, workflows, funnels, snapshots, sub-accounts, tags, and custom fields
- Strong experience in CRM management & recruiting pipeline development (candidate journeys, opportunity stages)
- Advanced workflow automation & logic (triggers, delays, conditions, if/else paths, no-show handling)
- Ability to build scalable, snapshot-ready systems for multiple clients
- Experience with calendar & appointment system setup (group and 1:1 bookings)
- Strong Make.com expertise (single master account, VideoAsk routing to GHL sub-accounts)
- Proficient in VideoAsk (master account setup, template duplication, hidden Client ID usage)
- Experience with third-party integrations (Integrately/Zapier alternatives)
- Knowledge of API/webhooks for system integrations and automation
- Skilled in funnel & landing page creation (including embedded VideoAsk and thank-you pages)
- Experience with SMS & email automation (outreach, reminders, follow-ups, best practices)
- Ability to implement dynamic links, personalization, and event-based workflows
- Experience setting up reporting dashboards & tracking key metrics (bookings, show-up rates)
- Strong system testing, QA, and optimization capabilities
- Ability to standardize systems (single pipeline, centralized tools, minimal client involvement)
- Knowledge of lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and SMS-first strategies
- Strong attention to detail (critical for automation accuracy)
- Excellent problem-solving & debugging skills
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively

Working Setup / Hours
- Work from home, part-time (20 hours per week) with potential to go full-time
- Preferred schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Mountain Time, with flexibility as long as there is overlap in Mountain Time
- GHL VA must be available for weekly meetings
