Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business or Related Courses, preferably with a major in Accounting, Industrial Engineering;
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), IATF 16949 or ISO 9001:2015 (a plus).
  • At least Five (5) years of experience in internal auditing and information system auditing in a manufacturing environment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Industry Expertise: Strong working knowledge of EMS or semiconductor manufacturing processes, including the ability to identify technical control weaknesses.
  • Audit Leadership: Proven ability to independently define audit scopes, prepare technical programs, and lead global audits from planning to final approval.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Advanced skill in root-cause analysisrelating operational symptoms to originating causes and adjusting audit depth accordingly.
  • Strategic Reporting: Ability to document complex technical findings into comprehensive reports with efficient, tailored recommendations for the business.
  • Systems & Oversight: Experience in a supervisory capacity with a preference for candidates familiar with SAP and large-scale manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Strategy & Planning: Provide expert technical input for the annual internal audit plan and develop specific scopes for global Operations and Technical audit projects.
  • End-to-End Audit Execution: Lead fieldwork and perform detailed technical audits across global sites, ensuring all work papers and documentation meet IMI's rigorous standards.
  • Digital Transformation: Leverage Audit Management Systems, analytics, and robotics capabilities to maximize audit efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct kick-off and closing conferences with global audit clients to discuss objectives, preliminary observations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Technical Consulting: Execute customized work programs for specialized technical, operational, and IT/IS coverage to provide value-added insights to the business.
  • Reporting & Follow-up: Prepare high-level audit reports for the Audit Committee and monitor the timely implementation of agreed-upon corrective actions.
  • Governance & Ethics: Support the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) and facilitate Ethics and Fraud awareness training for global stakeholders.
  • Continuous Excellence: Actively participate in Ayala Group and IIA-P conferences while maintaining personal development in IIA and ISACA standards.
