What will you be doing
Identifying and engaging potential candidates to support hiring needs. Working closely with the recruitment team, they utilise various sourcing techniques and talent databases to build strong pipelines for current and future openings. This role supports the overall talent acquisition strategy by ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive candidate searches using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for key positions.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners by screening candidate profiles and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and refine search strategies.
What are we looking for
- 02 years of talent sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean and advanced search strategies
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering or any related field is preferred; internship experience is acceptable
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and highly tech-savvy
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box
- Open to learning, coachable, and willing to undergo structured training
- This role follows a remote work setup; however, the first two (2) weeks require onsite presence for daily orientation and onboarding.
- The position operates on a mid-shift schedule.
